If you are the winning bidder, a confirmed asset pick up appointment is required at least 24 hours before desired pick up. Address on Bill of Sale is our Admin office, and asset location will be given after confirmed pick up appointment has been confirmed.
Pick up appointments for this asset are available 6:45am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday. A confirmed pick up appointment is required a minimum of 24 hours prior to desired pick up. Asset location will be disclosed when appointment is confirmed.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Retirada
No Shipping is Available. Property must be removed by appointment only, and all appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
Pickup Appointments can be made for Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-11am.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property. If you use a shipping service, you are responsible for coordinating the pickup time. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Wellington, CO makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
