Items are sold as is, where is, with full responsibility placed on the buyer for removal and transport. No staff will be available to assist with loading items onto vehicles or trailers.
A bill of sale and/or title will be provided after the item is sold. Pickup is by appointment only, and appointments must be made in advance. Pickup is available only on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 8:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Please contact Kayley Robinson at KMRobinson@forsythco.com to schedule your pickup time and receive location details. No one will be present at the pickup site outside of scheduled appointment hours.
NOTE: Many items have remained on the property for an extended period. Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate equipment to jump-start vehicles or charge batteries as needed.

Intermittent issues how? - "occurring at irregular intervals; not continuous or predictable" Does the machine just cut off them will re start and can be used? "Yes, at times it will shut off and it usually starts back up. It was driven to where it is parked but it may or may not start up and move on its own. Removal. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! See below. Bidder will be turned away if no appointment is scheduled for pick ups.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for the loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Forsyth County Board of Commissioners assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
You MUST make an appointment in order to pick up the item. Pickup days are ONLY on Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 8:30am-1:30pm. Please contact Kayley Robinson for pick up information, days/times and location at kmrobinson@forsythco.com or (770) 888-8872. You will need to pick up the Bill of Sale or Title at the procurement office. You must make an appointment 48 hours in advance. Addresses will be disclosed when scheduling pick up.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
