21-2025 AT 232,312 MILES. A new steering gear box and power steering pump were installed at the same time. 5 Speed transmission /PTO with 2 speed rear
axle shifts as it should. Unit has a good strong clutch. Odometer shows 232,552 miles. Miles may increase slightly as we are currently using the unit to haul
dirt to our facility. GVWR is 34,000 LBS with air brakes. 22.5 tires have approximately 50% tread remaining. Truck is equipped with cold air conditioning and
am/fm radio. The 10’ Rogers 8 yard body has a single cylinder telescopic hoist, air tailgate & electric tarp. Unit has been based and operated in TN, no issues
with rust. Unit was on a strict fleet maintenance program and has always received regularly scheduled service while in use. A clean and clear title will be

Retirada
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within 30 business days of sale date, the item(s) will be declared abandoned and resold without refund. . Items remaining after 10 business days will be charged $25 per day storage.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller at 205-965-6644 what is needed to release the item(s).
