This auction is for approximately 1400 Plastocon SuperMax Food Trays. The SuperMax correctional food tray is a one-piece, seamless, stacking tray that is constructed to maximize strength and durability. A convenient, six compartment tray allows the transporting of milk or juice on the tray itself, eliminating the need for additional assembly at the point of distribution. It works well independently, or with a full line of Plastocon products. Trays are palletized and shrink-wrapped on 9 pallets. Additional information available at:

SALES TAX

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

To pick up and remove vehicle, the buyer will be required to come to the Polk County Admin. Bldg., located at 111 Court Ave, Des Moines Iowa (Room 365). Personnel will then match up sales slips / purchasing price. The buyer will then pay for the vehicle (cashier’s check or money order). After which, the buyer will be expected to go down to 1st floor and transfer title.

The buyer will then bring the transfer title back to Room 365 to verify that title transfer. Only after the title has been transferred will the keys to the vehicle be released.

If the buyer is a Polk County of Iowa resident, they will need to change the title on the first floor BEFORE the keys are turned over for any purchased vehicles.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
