If you are the high bidder, it must be paid for and picked up within 10 business days (payment is to be made online through Govdeals AND must be removed within 10 days from the Sumter County Judicial Center located at 215 N Harvin Street, Sumter SC 29150. Please call Chris Hilditch at 803-436-2307 or 803-305-8238 to schedule an appointment for inspection
and/or removal. Absolutely no exceptions. Pickup hours are between the hours of 8:30 am through 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. If other arrangements need to be made for shipping please coordinate that through Chris Hilditch at the above numbers.

Bidders may inspect and are encouraged to inspect the items PRIOR to bidding. Items may be inspected between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm excluding legal holidays. Please contact Chris Hilditch at 803 436 2307 to schedule an inspection.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Retirada

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Sumter County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30a.m. and 4:00p.m. (closed for lunch 12:00 - 1:00) Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
