UNIT WAS IN WORKING CONDITION WHEN REMOVED. BEING SOLD AS IS.

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO DEADLINES, PAYMENT, LOADING AND THIRD PARTY PICKUPS. WINNING BIDDER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ALL MANPOWER AND EQUIPMENT FOR LOADING WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME (1 HOUR). REPAIRS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE SURPLUS YARD.

THIS AGENCY IS STRICT ON THE PAYMENT AND PICKUP DEADLINES. PLEASE SUBMIT PAYMENT ASAP, AS PAYMENTS MAY TAKE UP TO 4 DAYS TO PROCESS. PAYMENTS NOT RECIEVED AND PROCESSED BY THE 5 DAY DEADLINE WILL RESULT IN THE GOV DEALS ACCOUNT BEING MARKED AS DEFAULT. AUCTION ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE END OF THE 10 DAY DEADLINE. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your GovDeals account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Payment Methods are listed above. TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction. TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at "mailto:taxhelp@liquidityservices.com" taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Retirada

REMOVAL-Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $100.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. The buyer must supply all personnel and supplies necessary for removal of assets. The City of Tallahassee will not provide any loading capabilities. There are no forklifts or loading docks at this location. In the event of a third party (non-buyer listed) picking up your items on your behalf, a form will be provided for you to fill out in it's entirety for your authorization to allow the third party to remove your items from the premises on your behalf along with a copy of your personal identification (drivers license).
