Included in this auction are large glulam beams forming the primary structural frame, vertical support posts with steel base plates, roof decking lumber stacked in bundles, structural connectors, brackets, hardware, and additional framing components. These are salvaged heavy timber materials with a large quantity of structural members and decking, stacked and organized for transport, and suitable for reconstruction, repurposing, or resale.
Items are in used condition with weathering, staining, and cosmetic wear. Materials were removed during demolition and overall condition and completeness may vary. Some components may be missing or damaged.
All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for all loading, transport, and removal. Buyer is also responsible for verifying quantities, dimensions, and usability. Any and all labor, equipment, and coordination required for removal is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Buyers should not assume a complete or turnkey building package. Inspection is recommended prior to bidding. Exact pickup location will be provided upon request. Located within Eagle County, Colorado.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
