Condition: Used. Copier was working before taken out of service in March 2025. Shows cosmetic wear from daily use and storage. Some parts may be missing, broken or inoperable. May require repair. Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Sold "As-Is, Where-Is".
Please note that the picture(s) may be a part of the description but can only be relied upon as a reasonable representation of the item(s) listed. Physical inspection of the property is encouraged and highly recommended. Be advise, winning bidder will not be allowed to inspect or make any repairs to equipment/vehicle during scheduled pick-up. Equipment/vehicle will be removed immediately.
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
Winning bidder is responsible for the removal of all auction items, furthermore, bidder must bring all the MANPOWER, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, and TRANSPORTATION needed to safely remove items. No dock or forklift is available for loading.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
