5 days to reassign lien??? It should be minim of 30 days and IF it gets redeemed you pay back, your tactic is completley unfair and one sided. I would not be surprised that these liens are in payoff stage and you are waiting for the buy NOT to do it in 5 days so that you can keep the proceeds. Then don't bid..... Once payment is received by govdeals, buyer needs to provide seller with a bidder # from lienhub.com. It takes about 5 min to register. THe whole process can be done in 10-15 minutes, so 5 day timeline is totally fair. 03/20/2026 16:59:33 PM

If the lien is reassigned into your name after you win this auction, you own the tax lien. If the homeowner doesn't pay off their taxes, you have a right to foreclose on the property. 05/11/2026 13:49:31 PM
