The items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with any and all faults and without any warranty or guarantee. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. No appointments will be considered within 48 hours of the auction close and all appointments must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

SALES TAX

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. All items must be paid for within 5 days from the time and date of the close of the auction and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. Pickup locations may vary, please pay close attention to the listing for location details. Some items are located in a warehouse with a loading dock. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
