DESCRIPTION – Pile of mixed hardwood firewood. Lot contains 95%+ of white oak firewood, 5% of red oak firewood.
Under no circumstances will the use of chain saws be permitted on OSU Wooster Campus grounds to aid in the removal of this wood.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS – Property to be removed only during hours of 8:30 am to 3:00 pm., Monday through Friday. Buyer makes all arrangements and performs all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation. All property for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS”. All items must be removed NO LATER THAN Wednesday, September 30th. Items are located at OSU’s Wooster Campus.
All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Assets may be inspected during normal business hours. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation. Inspections can be made only under appointment and prior approval.
Appointments for removal of items must be made at least one business day in advance. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and may not be available next day. Please see the ad for additional instructions, as well as for terms and conditions of the sale.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
