Retired police motor unit. Normal wear paint and body minor damage from wear, front fender skirt missing, oil cooler cover removed and oil cooler attached with zip ties. All blue lights and siren removed including mirrors from bike. SOLD AS IS. Vehicle not recommended for upfitting for police use (after light, radio and siren removed). Vehicle relisted due to default.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure. Failure to pay within terms may result in the vehicle being reauction with negative remark on account. All payments are through Govdeals.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance to purchasing@johnscreekga.gov. All items must be paid and removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction by emailing: purchasing@johnscreekga.gov.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
