Send all inquiries to MATT WILDT at mwildt@uab.edu. Phone: 205-975-8216. Located at **BARTOW ARENA (617 13th Street South, Birmingham, AL 35233). The successful bidder is solely responsible for the disassembly, loading, and removal of the scoreboard. The Scoreboard will need to be disassembled in order to be removed from the building. The buyer must provide all labor, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove the item. No assistance with disassembly or loading will be provided by the seller. The item must be removed during the scheduled pickup time. This item is used and comes with no guarantee and is being sold **"as-is, where-is."** Property may be removed by appointment only, and appointments must be made at least **24 hours in advance**. The winning bidder must contact us to schedule an appointment. Appointments can be made between **9:30–11:30 a.m.** and **1:00–3:30 p.m.** Monday through Friday.

Previous information stating that the scoreboards must be disassembled for removal is incorrect. The scoreboards were brought into the arena as complete units and can be removed from the arena in their current configuration.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments can be made between 9:30 and 11:30 am and 1:00 and 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. We are closed on weekends and most major holidays. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
