Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified and presentation of a photo ID. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. If a third party is removing the item they must provide a copy of the Buyer's certificate and their own photo ID. It is suggested the buyer notify the City of Bryan auction contact if a third party is removing the item. Removal must be weekdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. excluding all major holidays. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS AND IT IS UP TO THE WINNING BIDDER TO COLLECT ALL ITEMS!
