Payment: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

How to make payment: Buyer must log into individual account and select "My Bids". Follow the instructions to complete payment.

TAX EXEMPTION: If tax is charged on an item and you are tax exempt documents must be provided to the seller prior to making payment. Contact us for further information.

Removal can be scheduled BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at the pool. Schedule appointments hours by contacting MATT between 8:30 am to 5 pm WEEKDAYS (Monday - Friday) excluding all major holidays, with approval of Matt

All items must be removed within a reasonable period agreed upon by MATT from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified and presentation of a photo ID. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. If a third party is removing the item they must provide a copy of the Buyer's certificate and their own photo ID. It is suggested the buyer notify the City of Bryan auction contact if a third party is removing the item.
