If you need shipping after winning the auction, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST with your LOT# and mailing address. We will update the shipping & handling fee. You may then proceed to payment. Send us SIGNED COPY of Bill of Sale (BOS) along with your PHOTO ID. We will need all documents in order to release for shipment.
If you cannot locate the BOS, reach out to us and we will email you. SIGN and return it along with your PHOTO ID to: hopeinhandgd@gmail.com
Shipping turnaround time is upon receiving all the required documents (Clearing payment, Buyer’s BOS signature(s) and PHOTO ID).
Our calculated shipping & handling includes postage and handling/packing/labor fee. We do not offer combine shipping. Specific handling will incur handling fee.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

Removal Policy
• Appointment Required: Removal is by appointment only.
• Timeframe: All items must be picked up/removed within 5 (five) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description.
• Abandonment: Any item(s) not removed within the allotted timeframe may be declared abandoned.

Storage & Late Pickup Fee
If the buyer fails to pick up within 5 (five) business days, or leaves partial items uncollected, a storage fee of $10 per item or pallet per day will be charged for each additional day past the deadline.
• Storage fees must be paid in full prior to release of the item(s).
• Items not picked up within 10 business days (including storage period) may be considered abandoned and disposed of at the seller’s discretion, with no refund.

At the time of pick-up/removal, you will be required to present:
• A copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or Bill of Sale
• Valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license)
• Any additional documentation required by the seller (e.g., Authorization of Release if a third party is picking up on your behalf)
Please confirm with the seller at the time of scheduling what documents are required for release.
