The Manufacturer is Dwyer.
Dwyer all-in-one kitchenettes are iconic mid-century compact units, primarily manufactured during the 1950s and 1960s.
These vintage, heavy-duty units combine a refrigerator, stove, sink, and storage, making them popular for small-space, retro-themed designs.
Refrigerator was reported not to be working.
Unit is located on the second floor of a building in our park.
Unit most likely will need to be dis-assembled to remove from the building.
All water & Electric will be shut off prior to removal.
This unit is located in Apartment B.
Working condition of items is unknown.
