Unfortunately, we are not at liberty to disclose the reserve and are waiting for the market to determine the price. At close, this lot could be offered to the highest bidder closest to the reserve price. Also, remember that we can re-auction these items if they do not reach the price we are looking for. I don't believe the fan comes with this item. It is quite large. It is being kept at a city warehouse. I don't believe there is a loading dock, but I haven't ever been there. We are not able to assist with loading. Please bring people to help you load it into a truck. 08/07/2026 18:38:30 PM

Payment must be made to the GovDeals website within 5 business days of the winning bid. We can probably make special arrangements for pickup if necessary, and IF arrangements have been made ahead of time. Storage is off-site and an appointment is necessary for us to access the item. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
