• Why is the operating condition unknown? How long has it been sitting? Why is it not running? Was there a mechanical issue of some sort that caused it not to be operated anymore? I see in the photo there is a nicer unit next to this one. This one that you are selling wasn't used for parts, was it?
- This HumVee (Lot# 24177-34) (1989 AMGN M998 1-1/4 Ton 4x4 HumVee ) was obtained under a former administration in mid-2000's.
- Cpt. Ramsey stated to the best of his knowledge he believed this HumVee was operationally the better of the 2 HumVees.
- Cpt. Ramsey stated it was not driven a lot as it was not the “show / parade” HumVee and he thought it was mostly a battery issue as it was not driven often.
- “Condition Unknown” was used as not positive on the issues with the vehicle.
- It was not used for parts as there was a 3rd HumVee that was utilized for that.
- This HumVee was last used around 2020-2021.
- It does have a Kentucky State Issued Title
