If someone other than the winning bidder is picking up the auction item, you must provide authorization via email or in writing, along with proof of your identification.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
WE DO NOT SHIP OR ARRANGE THE SHIPPING OF THE SALES WE DO NOT SHIP FROM THIS LOCATION. WE WILL NOT SECURE THESE ITEMS ONTO THE TRUCK. SECURING THE ITEMS ONTO THE TRUCK IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
Whenever any person acquires Authority property and is required to remove the property from premises owned by the Authority, such person shall execute a written agreement to indemnify and hold the Authority harmless from any and all liability which may be incurred during removal. Such person may be required to provide the Purchasing Manager with evidence of the existence of liability insurance covering the risks potentially involved and workmen’s compensation insurance if required by law.Buyer/Agent agrees to indemnify and hold the Authority harmless from any and all liability which may be incurred during removal of the property from the Service Authority’s premises
