1. Submit a copy of their current FFL and government issued photo ID to GovDeals Bidder Services.

2. All information on the FFL, ID and bidder registration must match.
a. If the FFL is in a business name, the name of the owner of the business must be used to register the bidder's account.
i. GovDeals will request proof of ownership before the account isapproved to bid.

3. GovDeals will validate these FFL using the Bureau of the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms software.
