If you use a Third-Party Transporter to remove your item: you must notify the Seller that you are using a Transporter; you must provide the Transporter with a signed copy of the Buyer's Certificate to give to the Seller at time of pickup because the signed Buyer's Certificate proves to the Seller that the Transporter is who you authorized to pick up your asset; and you must complete, sign, and furnish the Seller, ahead of the Transporter's arrival, a signed Authorization of Release document found on this link, as well as a signed Bill of Sale (a completed and signed copy of the Authorization of Release and Bill of Sale must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made if you use a Third-Party Transporter).
