Up for auction by the City of Elyria is a Panasonic Pro II 2680 microwave/steam oven. Purchased in 1998, it was utilized in the city jail kitchen until 2009 when the jail was closed. The oven was then placed in storage and has not been used since. The oven is fully functional and works as designed. It is strongly encouraged that you personally inspect the prior to bidding. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. ALL VEHICLES SOLD BY POLICE DEPARTMENT WITH A SALVAGED TITLE WILL NEED TO BE TOWED OUT FOR REMOVAL
