TERMS & CONDITIONS: All items purchased must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. After that time period the transaction will be canceled and the asset will be re-sold. A default of this nature could result in a penalty in the form of a charge of 40% of the purchase price by GovDeals and will result in a lock-out of the Louisville Metro auction site. BUYER BEWARE---All items are sold “as is” and all sales are final. Buyers Premium. If a Buyers Premium is shown on the auction page bidder box, then that amount (expressed as a percentage of the final selling price) will be added to the final selling price of all items in addition to any taxes imposed. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
