All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. If successful bidder requires a third party to pick up the item won authorization is required for removal of item and release of title. Property may be removed by appointment only. A daily storage fee of $20.00 a calendar day will be charged for any item not removed within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Titles will only be issued and assigned in the successful bidders name and/or company as listed on the Buyer's Certificate, per Virginia Code 46.2-628.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
