The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from SLCC Surplus and must take all items at time of pickup.

Due to liability, SLCC personnel will not be able to help load or secure items. Be prepared to load your items from a dock door or down a wheelchair ramp.

All items are sold with no written, expressed or implied warranty nor other guarantee as to its condition or fitness for use. All sales are final. We are not experts on the items listed for auction.

Remember - this bid is the same as a contract. Please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying. If you do win the bid, you are legally bound by contract to purchase the item.

NOTE: All winning bidders are expected to fulfill their obligation including pick up and payment in the specified amount of time as described in the Terms & Conditions. ***Abandonment of Item.***Auction items paid for but not picked up within the specified time (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award will be considered abandoned. Salt Lake Community College will have the ability to re-list any and all items designated as abandoned, with no refund being provided to the user. Please be advised.
