If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

All pickups must be made before 2:00 p.m. and BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Appointments must be made 24hrs in advance of pick up time. Pickup date and time must be scheduled with the City Clerk Department by emailing cityclerk@prattvilleal.gov.
Removal must be within 10 days of the issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Failure to remove any asset after 10 business days will result in a $25 per day storage fee.
Buyer is responsible for loading vehicles/equipment or bringing assistance.

City of Prattville makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
Equipment must be paid for within 5 business days, and picked up within 10 business days of the auction end date. There will be a $25.00, per day, late fee charged any asset not picked up by this deadline.
