This lot consists of one (1) metal and cloth chair. The item has been marked as being in fair condition due to prior use and associated wear; however, it remains structurally sound and continues to serve its intended purpose.
Visible wear includes scratches to the metal frame and areas of discoloration on the cloth upholstery. These cosmetic imperfections are consistent with regular use and should be expected.

付款
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please see the contact below for any questions.

Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
