Gov deals does not get involved in shipping. The generator is a large bulk item that not crated . You can use citizen shipper or u ship to get the item delivered.
The home stores sells small units 1000-2000 watt priced @ $1000-$2000 this is not that unit . They may look similar but not to confuse you with the big boy 11,0000 watt unit . This Honda genny plus panel cost $7500 .
