The rocker panel appears to be the only area effected by the rust. The rest of the undercarriage is in a normal condition for the age of the vehicle. This vehicle has always been operated in South Carolina and has seen very little road salt conditions. We are not sure why the rocker panel has deteriorated as shown in the pictures.
