*️⃣ This John Deere Tractor starts with a boost, runs, and is drivable although we were told the hydraulic pump is weak and makes noises while running (you can inspect this in person with an appointment).
*️⃣The product identification number is: L06420H403443 and was purchased by our District in 2008 (but I cannot find the specific year on the tractor).
*️⃣ This also comes with a 15 foot bushhog (manufacturer is Alamo) that IS operational.
*️⃣ The cab does not have any cracked glass; the AC is operational and is cold.
* The Buyer must pick up in vehicle in person or make arrangements with a wrecker service or transport
company.
* Sold as is, NO warranty or guarantees.

Removal

Property may be removed Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. ONLY (CST) by APPOINTMENT ONLY and MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance. CALL 901-584-7664 (or e-mail kay.shelton@dcsms.org) to schedule your pickup. All items MUST be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make ALL arrangements and perform ALL work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. NO assistance will be provided. Bidders will be LOCKED unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
Special Instructions

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Desoto County School District, MS makes NO warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are FINAL.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
