Description

Up for sale is a large lot of clean, structural construction lumber and OSB (Oriented Strand Board) sheathing—perfect for building a shed, small structure, garage framing, or DIY wood projects.

Most of this lumber comes from a dismantled interior framing project or trade school training build, meaning it’s in overall great structural shape. Some pieces have light wear or exposed fasteners/nails from disassembly.

  • Good / Reclaimed. Mostly clean, straight boards. Some pieces have nails/staples attached that will need to be pulled or cut.
  • Storage: Kept indoors in a climate-controlled facility.
  • Carts/Dollys: NOT included. (Buyer must bring their own transport).
  • Pictures show what wood was used for and has been taken apart for selling purposes.

Payment

PAYMENT

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD. We do not offer assistance  Note: Shipping is NOT available. THIS AUCTION MUST BE PICKED UP ON FRIDAY JULY 31st.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. Please do not bid on items if you cannot pick up within 10 business days. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) will be declared abandoned. Even if you are bidding on other items, failure to pick up within the timeframe will result in buyer default.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
