It locks but does not have a key.
Unit is used, but in great working condition.

Will not ship unit. Cabinet is large and heavy so Buyer will need to bring a hand truck and possibly assistance to help move it.
Access will be given upon arrival at the agreed upon pickup time.

Removal
Removal: REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. WINNING BIDDER MUST CONTACT Katrina Bishop at katrina.bishop@durhamnc.gov to schedule removal. Once payment has been made, directions will be given regarding removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Removal must be performed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

All bidders and other participants of this auction agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby. If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
