Check engine light was on, but cleared when checking the codes.
Code SPN110-Engine coolant system above OBD maximum temperature- Our mechanic checked the temperature and said it was normal operating temperature. More than likely the coolant temperature sensor needs replaced.
Tires are in decent shape.
There is an air leak in the system. Vehicle needs to build up pressure after sitting overnight as it has bled down.
Some surface rust on vehicle, but nothing structural. Vehicle was not used to plow or salt roads. This was one of our water works vehicles used primarily for hauling material. This was a fleet maintained vehicle, stored inside in a heated barn.
The fluid under the vehicle is from the vehicle being washed. The tool box was holding water and leaking off. I did not notice any fluid leaks when inspecting.

The GVWR is 39,000lbs. I am not sure on tow rating and can’t find any information on it. We have hauled a backhoe on a 12 ton trailer before without any issues. If you want specifics though, I would contact international and give them the VIN. 05/05/2026 13:34:04 PM
