***READ BELOW BEFORE BIDDING:
-The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembly and removal of this jungle gym
-The City of Durham will not provide labor, equipment, tools, electrical disconnects, demolition assistance, or loading services.
-All work, equipment, and arrangements required to complete removal must be provided by the buyer.
-If the removal deadline is not met, the buyer will forfeit the jungle gym as the City will be demolishing the building.
-The buyer is responsible for any damage to City property or surrounding structures that occurs during removal activities.
-Repairs, if required, must be completed at the buyer’s expense and to the City’s satisfaction.
-The buyer must schedule removal appointments in advance.
The buyer must remove this jungle gym no later than Friday, March 20th as the City will be demolishing the Wheels Fun House building and all associated structures.

Removal
Removal: REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. WINNING BIDDER MUST CONTACT Katrina Bishop at katrina.bishop@durhamnc.gov to schedule removal. Once payment has been made, directions will be given regarding removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Removal must be performed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
