San Mateo County is offering a variety of photo and plotter printer paper. Items include:
• 12 bundles Canon Glossy Photo Paper – 20 sheets of 13" x 19" photo paper per bundle. Some packages in bubble wrap. Unknown purchase date.
• 1 Canon Photo Pro Paper – 10 sheets, size A3 (13" x 19"). Box appears in good condition, unused.
• 3 HP Heavyweight Coated Paper Rolls – HP Universal Heavyweight Coated Paper, 100ft each. One box opened, rolls unused.
• 1 HP Gloss Photo Paper Roll – HP Universal Gloss Photo Paper, 100ft, unopened.
• 1 HP Adhesive Matte Poly Paper Roll – HP Everyday Adhesive Matte Polypropylene, 75ft, one box unopened from two-pack.
• 1 HP Plotter Printer Paper Roll (used) – Approx. 65ft remaining, roll not in box, edges near the end crinkled.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS WHERE IS” and with all faults, unless otherwise specifically stated in writing, in connection with a specific item. The buyer is responsible for making arrangements & all costs associated with the removing, packing, loading, and transportation of this item.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Items not picked up within 5 business days will be relisted OR disposed of with no refund given. No Exceptions.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
Diesel Trucks & Buses:
An on-road heavy-duty diesel or alternative-diesel vehicle operated in California may be subject to the California Air Resources Board Regulation to Reduce Particulate Matter and Criteria Pollutant Emissions from In-Use Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicles. It, therefore, could be subject to exhaust retrofit or accelerated turnover requirements to reduce emissions of air pollutants. All Passenger Vehicles:
This agency does NOT provide SMOG CERTIFICATION or EMISSIONS RETROFIT. All smog related repairs and certifications for vehicles are the sole responsibility of the buyer as outlined in California Vehicle Code, Division 12, Section 24007.5.
Heavy Equipment:
TITLE 13 CALIFORNIA CODE DISCLOSURE OF REGULATION APPLICABILITY: WHEN OPERATED IN CALIFORNIA ANY OFF-ROAD DIESEL VEHICLE MAY BE SUBJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA AIR RESOURCES BOARD IN-USE OFF-ROAD DIESEL VEHICLE REGULATION.
