Pickup will not occur until payment has been made. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No property will be removed unless an appointment is made. Please, do not cause a representative to commence travel to pick up unless an appointment has already been scheduled. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided unless stated or arrangements have been made in writing. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Paid funds will not be returned due to the failure of a bidder to pick up a purchased item. 

The Seller has no obligation to refund payment or to relist an item for failure to pick up. At the Seller's discretion the sale may be deemed final, and the payments will be forfeited. When an item has not been picked up within 6 months of a sale, it will be deemed abandoned by the Buyer and the item may be disposed of by the Seller without credit or reimbursement to the Buyer.
