- The City of Durham will not provide labor, equipment, tools, demolition assistance, or loading services.
- All work, equipment, and arrangements required to complete removal must be provided by the buyer.
- The buyer is responsible for any damage to City property or surrounding structures that occurs during removal activities.
- Repairs, if required, must be completed at the buyer’s expense and to the City’s satisfaction.
The buyer must remove this propane tank no later than Friday, March 20th as the City will be demolishing the Wheels Fun House building and all associated structures.
