1998 Subaru Forester SPORT UTILITY 4-DR, 2.5L H4 DOHC 16V. This vehicle was recovered stolen on 09/19/2014. The owner was contacted multiple times but never recovered the vehicle. The vehicle is considered abandoned. The vehicle was running when recovered at the time of the traffic stop. No attempt has been made to start it since the time of tow. Vehicle ignition has been removed and there is currently no key to the vehicle. The vehicle has scratches and dings. Clear coat is coming off all over. The interior is dirty with tears. Windshield is cracked. AM/FM Cassette. Tires in poor condition with three flats. No Title for this vehicle. The Court Order and the Bill of Sale will be provided to the Buyer. Bidders will be responsible for checking with their state Department of Motor Vehicles to ensure a Tennessee court order and bill of sale is sufficient for titling and registration purposes. The Buyer is responsible for Titling the vehicle in their residing county/state.
