 2. WILL NOT package any purchased items for pick up by a courier.

 3. WILL NOT complete any shipping or customs documentation.

 4. WILL NOT recommend or supply a customs broker.

 5. WILL release a purchased item with an electronic or scanned authorized signature on the required forms. The winning bidder must make an appointment with the City of London to pick up items purchased. An email will be sent to the winning bidder with City of London contact information regarding the pick-up and transfer of purchased items.
