Electrical issues, company no longer making parts
Manufacturer: Garland (a well-known commercial kitchen brand).
The Pan: A large, deep stainless steel rectangular basin with a pouring lip, used for braising, sautéing, boiling, or frying.
Tilt Mechanism: It features a motorized or manual tilt (controlled by the toggle switch on the far right of the control panel) to empty contents into a floor drain or containers.
Control Panel:
Power Switch: A rocker switch for "On/Off."
Thermostat Dial: Adjustable temperature ranging from 100°F to 425°F.
Indicator Lights: Red and amber lights to show power and heating status.
Lid: A heavy stainless steel counterbalanced lid with a handle.
Technical Details & Condition
Power Source: This is an electric model, indicated by the thick electrical conduit and the heating element configuration visible underneath the pan in images like IMG_4267.jpg.
Installation: It is floor-mounted on four stainless steel legs.
Condition: The unit shows signs of heavy use in a commercial environment. There is some visible surface oxidation and debris inside the cabinet base, and a green ground wire is visible but appears somewhat loose or exposed in the interior shot.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
