Property is picked up by appointment only, set between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding county holidays. Per GovDeal's Firearms Policy, the winning bidder and holder of the FFL must be the one to pick up and sign the Bill of Sale in person without exception. We ask that you bring your FFL and Drivers License to copy for file, which must be valid.
If a business was the winning bidder, then the persons whose name is on the business license has to be the person to pick up the firearm. They must bring a copy of the business license and their FFL when they come to pickup the firearm and the names must match. Please make sure that all paperwork required is valid and in date.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. No inspections are allowed at this time.
Payment

SALES TAX

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements to pick up and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding county holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
