2008 Ford Explorer SPORT UTILITY 4-DR, 4.0L V6 SOHC 16V.

-Purchased form Jones Ford, North Charleston, SC 29406 for $19,455 approximately 12/18/2007

-Vehicle cranks with a jump but has NO brakes. There is no fluid in Brake master cylinder.

-Pass Rear, and Drivers rear tire flat.

-All Chrome is rusted, and rear brake light missing covers.

-Vehicle will require a tow or be loaded for removal.

-Vehicle can be viewed, but any visit has to be coordinated in advance.

No assistance is available from CWS, to load, tow, jump start, provide any type of assistance, etc.

Pick-up MUST be coordinated in advance

Title is on hand and will be mailed to the auction by certified mail after pick-up is completed.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website, and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Charleston Water System assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 2:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. For additional information, please contact the Asset Contact to schedule a removal. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for items not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE GIVE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE TO SCHEDULE PICK UP and cannot be scheduled on weekends.
