Removal
Pick-Up & Removal Information
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up and removal, including packing, loading, transportation, and exporting. Shipping is NOT available.
Pick-Up by Appointment Only:
- Available Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (excluding holidays).
- A minimum of 48 hours' notice (during business hours) is required.
- To schedule a pick-up, contact us at publicworks@tillamookor.gov or (503) 842-2472 ext. 3.
Pick-Up Deadline:
- Items must be picked up within 10 business days from auction closure unless otherwise specified in the asset description.
- Items not removed within this timeframe may be considered abandoned.
Required Documents at Pick-Up:
- A copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or Bill of Sale
- A valid driver’s license
- Additional documentation may be required (e.g., Authorization of Release).
- Please confirm with the seller in advance what documents are needed to release the item(s).
