Removal
All items must be removed within 10 (Ten) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Consideration of Bid: Pettis County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed. Buyer’s Certificate: Successful bidders will receive a Buyer’s Certificate by email from GovDeals. Locked Accounts: If any auction item is in possession of Pettis County after the 10 (ten) business days and the winning bidder has not taken possession their GovDeals account will be locked by GovDeals. Any payment made to Pettis County will be forfeited. The item will then be offered to the next highest bidder. In the case there is only 1 (one) bidder the item will be relisted.
