Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments will be made with your email that is registered with GovDeals.com. All items must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. NOTE: YOU MAY BE CHARGED A STORAGE FEE OF $10 PER DAY IF YOU EXCEED THE 10 DAY LIMIT.

• The IU Northwest campus operates on a different schedule from the Surplus
• Pickups are available Thursdays and Fridays between 12:00pm – 4:00pm (Central) Please email us at least 48 hours before arrival.
• Please have a copy of your paperwork ready when you arrive.
• We will not pack or ship items from here. We are available for local pickup only.
• If the items are very large/heavy. Please bring assistance with you. We do not have a physical crew to load vehicles.
• We are not responsible for anyone that comes to retrieve the items if you’ve sent an outside shipping company. An Authorization of Release form is required for third-party agents and must be completed & emailed to surplusp@iu.edu prior to pick-up.
• While we check the items before listing them, our items are used and may contain other defects not immediately detectable and are being sold 'as-is.'
• All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges.
• The winning Bidder is responsible for the removal of an auction item.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Indiana University Indianapolis ('IU-I/') makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are FINAL.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
