Up For Auction is a NEW Unassembled INFRARED Sauna Room manufactured by SaunaRay, still in it's original crate. The stationary bikes shown in the photos ARE NOT included in this auction.
This SaunaRay Sauna Room when assembled measures 87" Long, 74" Wide, and 78" High.
This is a special Decontamination Unit that was purchased by Delray Beach Fire Rescue, for a Fire Station that is no longer in service. This is one of six originally purchased from SaunaRay in 2017, and has been in storage in a warehouse since being delivered.
Attached photos illustrate one of the sauna rooms assembled and currently being used in one of our Fire Stations. Photos also show this Sauna Room still in it's crate in our storage location. The top of the crate was opened for the first time today to inspect for and possible damage or insect infestation; our inspection detected no such damage.
Installation and user instructions, and 220 volt electrical requirements are included in the attached PDF files below.

Note: Delray Beach employees cannot assist with packaging or loading your item(s). The winning buyer should bring a suitable vehicle that can safely transport the item(s), and also bring materials, tools, and loading assistance as necessary.
Strongly recommend that the winning bidder bring a pallet jack and any other equipment that might be required to facilitate removal and loading this unit.
The City of Delray Beach DOES NOT ship items or ARRANGE SHIPPING. If you are planning to utilize a shipping company to pick up this item, strong communication MUST be made to prearrange pickup. Pickup MUST be made by Appointment, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
