Item: 2019 Kenworth K370 Hooklift Truck
See attached photos and Vehicle Inspection Form for additional details. This is a 2019 Kenworth K370 Hooklift Truck with only 14,562 miles. The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is 33,000 lbs. It has a 6.7L diesel engine. The hooklift is a Stellar 120-14 Flex. This truck is in very good condition. It has been used very little and has been removed from service because the dumpster service has been discontinued. One dumpster is included in this auction; the vehicle starts and runs, and it has a backup camera.
Equipment may be inspected from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Monday through Friday. Inspections are by appointment only. Contact Daniel Carter at 919-969-5144 to schedule an appointment or for more information.
The Town of Chapel Hill makes no assurances about the mechanical condition of vehicles offered for sale at auction. All items are sold as-is-where-is. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect vehicles before bidding.
This vehicle has had scheduled maintenance by the Town’s professional Fleet Mechanics. Upon request of potential buyers, the Town’s Fleet Maintenance Division will provide copies of a list of work orders completed during the life of the vehicle.
If the winning bidder will be sending a third party to pick up the asset in their stead, they must fill out the attached Authorization of Release form, along with the Bill of Sale and return it to Zakia Alam at zalam@townofchapelhill.org with a copy of their Driver's License before scheduling the removal of this asset.

Removal
Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Town of Chapel Hill assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
