All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Property may be picked up by appointment only Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. Buyer or designee must sign bill of sale at City Hall before they will be allowed to pick up items. If someone other than the name on the buyer's certificate is being sent to pick up the item a separate release form must be filled out, signed and returned prior to pickup. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Seller reserves the right to reclaim and resell all items not removed by Buyer by the specified removal date.
