So I'm confused.... previous email from another interested person asking about restriction to bid and the response states no equipment removed...however your listing stares all equipment removed....could you verify either please? The City originally restricted it to law enforcement only. They changed their mind and decided to open it up to general public and remove the emergency equipment and lighting. The console between the seats has also been removed. 04/27/2026 07:56:33 AM

Removal
